Many have asked about donations, raffle, etc. for the upcoming convention. I have attached the donation and raffle request letters for you to use. If you know of a person or business that might like to donate something to the convention, please present them with the appropriate letter and contact me with any questions or concerns. There will be several events open to the public and can increase the exposure for someone who’d like to promote a business.

We are looking to do a bourbon raffle only for convention attendees/members. Several Locals have done a barrel pick or some sort of beer selection with a distiller/brewer. We’d like to collect those for a raffle basket at the convention.

Finally on Sunday evening we are having a fundraising event at World of Golf for General Fernbach in his battle with cancer. I am looking for raffle prizes and/or financial support to get prizes (golf clubs etc) for this event. I have already reached out to over thirty golf courses across the tri-state area for foursomes to make raffle baskets.
